Keyword groups – static and dynamic

One of the Senuto system functions that can help you regularly keep track of individual campaigns is keyword grouping. This option, available in the Projects module, allows to check statistics not only of all the keywords added to a given project but also of a selected group of keywords.

Example:

When you choose the group “Kredyt hipoteczny” containing 50 keywords, you get a visibility ratio, statistics (blue section) and a visibility chart for the selected group of keywords.

There’re two group types on Senuto system:

-        Static groups – keywords need to be added manually

-        Dynamic groups – keywords are added according to specific criteria.

You can create a static group both while creating a project as well as while editing it later in Project settings. A dynamic group can be created only in Project settings.

1. Creating a static group while creating a project

First, you need to select keywords you want to include in a group. You can import them from a file or add them manually. Choose To group, click Create new and then name your new group.

Once you’ve done it, choose Add X keywords and it’s done! :-)

2. Creating a static group while editing the project

If you’ve created a project and want to add a static group, go to Project settings and choose Add group. Name the group and on the left provide keywords you want to include in the group.

3. Creating a dynamic group while editing the project

A dynamic group makes things a lot easier when all the keywords you want to add to a group meet the pre-defined criteria. To add a dynamic group, go to the project editing mode and click Create a dynamic group  Choose a name and criteria to be met by keywords to be included in that group.

For instance, if you want to create a group with all the project keywords including the word "kredyt" , add the following filters:
