Pairing Senuto with Google Sheets comes at the heels of our integrations with other Google products: Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Data Studio.

The new feature empowers you to combine multiple reports from Visibility Analysis and Rank Tracker into a single document.

How to set up the integration?

Open Integrations in your account settings and then select “Add integration” in the Google Sheets box. Copy or click on the link to G Suite Marketplace. In the new tab, click on “Install” and authorize the integration.

Then select an existing spreadsheet or create a new one, go to Add-ons, select “Senuto”, and click on “Create report”.

Now it’s time to give Senuto access to your Google Sheets.

Click through and choose the Google account you’ll use for the authorization.

Almost done! Once you’ve completed the authorization, open Add-ons once again, select “Senuto”, and then “Create report”.

There’s just one more thing to do to successfully combine Senuto with Google Sheets – provide your Security ID. You’ll find it in the tab where you started the integration procedure, under the link to G Suite Marketplace. Copy the ID and paste it into the spreadsheet.

Once you’ve correctly joined both tools, you’ll see the full range of new features in the right panel.

You can import data from a selected period and module.

IMPORTANT: You should complete the integration procedure one time only. When creating the new report, all you need to do is select the Senuto add-on and provide your Security ID.

Data from Visibility Analysis

In order to use data from Visibility Analysis, opt for “Visibility Analysis” in the “Module” section. Fill the “Domain” field with the domain address you provide in Senuto, and then choose the report you wish to import.

You can choose among the following datasets:

  • Statistics – website’s statistics available in Senuto Rank Tracker in the main panel, above the visibility chart;

  • Visibility – data on the website’s visibility in the TOP 3, TOP 10, and TOP 50 over the selected time frame;

  • Position – data from the Positions report;

  • Increased/Decreased – the table showing spikes and drops in position for the analyzed website;

  • Competitors – data from the Competition report.

Data from Rank Tracker

In order to import data from Rank Tracker, opt for “Rank Tracker” in the “Module” section. Then choose the project you’re interested in. Finally, select the data source.

Like in Visibility Analysis, you can choose:

  • Statistics – website statistics available in Senuto Rank Tracker in the project panel, above the visibility chart;

  • Visibility – data on the project’s visibility in the TOP 3, TOP 10, and TOP 50

  • Position – data from the Positions report;

  • Increased/Decreased – the table showing spikes and drops in position for the analyzed project;

  • Competitors – data from the Competition report.
