Navigating the Rank Tracker module
Main View
In the main view of the Rank Tracker module, you’ll find a summary of all projects available on your account. In a gray box, the system displays a summary of all projects, including the number of:
Projects,
Monitored keywords added to the project,
Keywords in the TOP 3, TOP 10, and TOP 50, as well as those outside the TOP 50,
And an advertising equivalent.
The number of keywords in the TOP 3 represents the keywords for which the domain ranks 1-3 in Google’s organic search results. Similarly, TOP 10 includes keywords ranked 1-10, and TOP 50 includes those ranked 1-50.
The advertising equivalent is the estimated monthly amount you would need to spend in Google Ads to generate similar traffic to that achieved through SEO.
Under global statistics, you’ll find a brief summary of each project, including:
A visibility history chart showing estimated monthly traffic from organic search results (based on visibility from the analyzed week, the number of phrases in the TOP 10, and specific positions held by the domain),
Current visibility,
Number of monitored keywords in the project,
Average position in Google for monitored phrases,
And % of potential achieved, which indicates the percentage of traffic the domain reaches out of its maximum potential monthly traffic from monitored keywords.
Click on the project title to open all available reports for your domain.
Interpreting results in Senuto Rank Tracker
A project in Senuto Rank Tracker consists of several reports. Here’s what you can find in each of them:
Summary report
The Summary report gathers all key information about your domain’s visibility. You’ll use it most frequently. It shows the number of phrases for which rankings have risen or fallen, the current traffic potential being utilized, and the estimated Google Ads cost for that traffic (useful for monitoring the SEM budget!).
You’ll also find:
A visibility chart showing if domain visibility is increasing (upward trend) or decreasing (downward trend),
A list of keywords that potentially generate the most traffic,
A competitor overview – check which of your competitors is the most visible in Google.
Positions report
Now that you know how many keywords your domain is visible for in Google, it’s time to check its position for specific keywords. The Positions report will help with this.
The report includes a table collecting:
Basic metrics for your domain and its positions,
Data on historical domain positions for monitored keywords,
A list of keywords with the largest drops and increases in ranking. Noticing something concerning? Consult an SEO specialist.
When analyzing keywords, remember to use filters to help search through listings.
Pages report
Wondering how visible a blog post or product page is? The Pages report provides visibility statistics for specific pages and URLs. Find out which subdomains are the most visible in Google.
The report contains a table with all subdomains sorted by the Visibility metric. For each URL, you’ll see key visibility statistics.
Extended results report
The Extended results report helps you examine which rich results (snippets) are displayed for keywords added to your project. Examples of snippets include images or maps that appear in Google for a particular keyword.
The report includes a summary with:
The number of rich results and snippets visible for keywords where your domain is shown,
A summary table with data on rich results,
A historical summary of rich results.
This information helps you optimize content to appear in rich results, generating additional traffic.
Competition report
The Competition report allows you to analyze your competitors’ rankings in more depth.
The report has three parts:
A visibility statistics chart showing the differences in the number of keywords in the TOP 3/TOP 10/TOP 50 among your competitors,
A competition table with detailed information about competitors’ visibility,
A competition matrix comparing competitive domains’ rankings for the keywords added to the project.
Tools
The platform also offers four tools to aid in data analysis.
Start with Competition Analysis, which answers questions like: for which keywords are your competitors visible, while your domain isn’t.
Be sure to try the Compare Days tool, where you can see the results of your collaboration with the agency. Set one date as the start of the collaboration and the range of keywords from 1-50. Choose today as the other date and set the range to 1-10. Which keywords have reached the TOP 10?
Want to check if your domain has a content cannibalization issue? Use the Keyword Cannibalization tool.
Finally, use the Compare SERP tool to see which domains rank highest for the keywords that matter most to your business.
Other modules in Senuto
Besides the Rank Tracker module, Senuto also offers Visibility Analysis, Link Analysis, Keyword Explorer, SERP Analysis and Content Suite modules.
Visibility Analysis is a research tool that allows you to perform a detailed competitor analysis. Here, you can check which keywords your domain ranks for in Google and which keywords are essential for your business.
Link Analysis enables you to analyze the domain's backlink profile and compare it with competitors results.
Keyword explorer helps expand your set of keywords and plan blog articles. Use the Questions report to see what questions users are asking on Google – these are worth answering on your blog. The Dependent Words report suggests phrases to include in your article for better results.
SERP Analysis helps you identify ultimate ranking factors for your keyword and find out how your competitors got to the TOP 10.
Content Suite is a module consisting of three other modules: Content Planner, Writer, and Rank Tracker.
Use Content Planner, to generate smart content plans that help you build topical authority. Content Planner provides a way to create content plans. A content plan consists of a list of articles that contain keywords and an analysis of pages that are ranking in Google search results at a given moment.
Writer is a module that will allow you to create content in accordance with SEO standards. With this tool, you will learn what keywords to use in your content and thus prepare it to rank on highest positions in Google.
If the agency you work with has shared a project in Rank Tracker, access to other modules will be restricted. To use them, consider purchasing a full Senuto account.
