Tracker – Tools: Competition analysis

Competition analysis will help you learn about your competition on Google and compare your visibility to your competitor’s visibility.

There’re three analysis modes available. You can analyze:

Common keywords ‒ keywords for which both you and your competitors are visible

Keywords unique to your competitors ‒ keywords for which only your competitors are visible

Keywords unique to your website ‒ keywords for which only your website is visible.

You can find Competition analysis in the Rank Tracker module.

To start an analysis, choose:

  1. A project

  2. Domains to compare

  3. Rank range


  4. Type of comparison

Example:

Once you’ve selected parameters as below, you’ll get a report containing keywords for which both you and your competitors are visible; your ranks will be between 1 and 10, and competitors’ ranks will be between 11 and 50.

And that’s all! You’ve generated a report. Now you know for which keywords you’re ranked higher than your competitors.
