How to buy a plan in Senuto?

Plans on Senuto Platform may be purchased upon registration.

New users can start with a 14-day trial period. Check out the functions of our platform before you decide on the best plan! After 14 days, if you do not purchase one of the plans, your account will expire.

To get a subscription or extend your plan in Senuto, log into your account, go to Settings, and select Plan & add-ons.

If your plan has expired, you will receive a relevant notification after logging in. Click Choose a plan to reactivate your account or Chat with us, if you want to contact support.

To access information about your package, click Plan Details.

Choose your desired plan and the period of your Senuto subscription. If you opt for a 6- or 12-month plan, you will receive a discount.

Confirm your choice by clicking Extend Subscription or Buy Now, if you are choosing a higher plan.

New users will be asked to provide their invoicing information. The package can only be purchased for a registered company with a VAT ID. When you're done, click Save.

If you have a discount code click Got a discount code? and type it in the field Enter code here.

Once you’ve provided your information, added the discount code, and clicked the button, you will be transferred to the payment page.

To proceed with the payment, select one of the available payment types:

  1. an online transfer,

  2. a recurring payment by card – when your subscription expires, Senuto will extend it automatically, under the same conditions and by the same period, and collect the corresponding fee,

  3. a one-time payment by card.

Remember to give the required consents and accept all the rules and regulations. When all boxes are checked, the PAY button will turn green.

Once you’ve decided how to pay for your Senuto subscription, click PAY.

You will be transferred to the site of your bank to complete the transaction.

If the option to automatically downgrade your plan is currently disabled, contact us and we will make it happen.
