Have you created your first content plan? Good job! Enter the plan using the Open content plan button - you will find all articles grouped by main keywords.

When planning the information architecture of your site, or the categorization of topics on your blog, consider breaking down article categories in your content plan. This way you'll know which articles should be close together, in one category.

Click on the category name to find the content it contains.

To find phrases assigned to a specific article click Details.

In the Overview tab, you will find more data and metrics, such as seasonality, or the average monthly number of searches and potential traffic from the given phrases.

On the right side you will also find the Generate AI Content and Go to Writer buttons, which means that the article is already in Writer or is currently being created.

If an article is not in Writer instead of Go to Writer you will see Create in Writer, which means that from this level you can immediately create a project in Writer and also generate AI content.

In the SERP Analysis tab, on the other hand, you will find information about the URLs that rank in the TOP 10 on the day the content plan was generated for the keywords included in the article you are reviewing.

From the information in this report, you will find out the average number of content characters, the average position, and what titles or headings are on pages that rank high. This will give you a reference point for what kind of content you should create to achieve similar results.

Mass content generation

From the list of potential articles in your content plan, you can also create articles in Writer and even generate AI content right away.

To write text in Writer, select the chosen articles and from the pop-up menu select the Create in Writer button.

This will create drafts in Writer that correspond to the selected articles from your content plan.

You will then be prompted whether you want the selected articles to be created in a new folder in Writer, in an existing folder or without adding to a folder. Choose the option that suits you best and click Next.

In the next step, you will be informed about the number of articles that will be consumed from your limit.

A message Creating article will appear next to the selected articles.

When an article from your content plan is created in Writer you will see a green message Article Created.

To generate AI content right away, select potential articles and click the Generate AI Content button, then select New Text Outlines or New Texts.

After clicking New texts, you will receive a message informing you of the amount of AI articles limit used. Then select Create and generate.

This means that a project corresponding to the article selected in Planner will be created in Writer and AI text will be generated in it right away.

If the project already exists in Writer, AI text will be generated in it.

Next to selected articles in the Planner, you will find a message informing you that the project is being created in Writer and AI text is being generated.

Outline generation does not consume the AI text limit.

In this article, you will learn more about generating texts in Writer AI.

You are only a few clicks away from having a few* (- hundred, -thousand) articles describing any topic, optimized for SEO and ready to be published on your site.

All you need to do is start by generating a content plan that will exhaust the issues of a given topic, and then set the generation of ready-made content. Everything will happen automatically.

Now you know what and how :) You can start creating data-driven content and following the idea of topical authority.
