1. What will happen to my package that I paid for before the offer changed?
Until the end of your current package, your package and limits will remain the same. It will not be possible to purchase the old package again.
You can check your current package by going to the Plan & add-ons tab in your Account Settings and then clicking on Plan Details.
2. Can I switch to the new offer now?
Yes, you can purchase a package from the new offer while having an active package from the old offer. Any days remaining on your current plan will be credited to your new plan accordingly.
Packages can be found in the Pricing tab in Account settings.
3. Do Add-ons automatically renew with the package?
Add-ons can be purchased for the duration of the current package. Once the package has expired, Add-ons must be purchased again.

4. What are Senucoins?
Senucoins are our internal currency. You can use them to buy individual limits at any time during your package, such as additional queries in Visibility Analytics or articles in Writer. They have no expiry date, so they will remain in your account until you use them, even if your package expires.
You can check the amount of your Senucoins under the "coins" icon in the top right corner of the app. If you want to buy more Senucoins, click Buy Senucoins.

6. Since you have introduced package customisation, can I create my own package from scratch?
If your current package is missing a feature or module, you can purchase access to it as an Add-on. Alternatively, you can buy individual limits on individual modules using Senucoins.
Simply choose a base package and then personalise it with Add-ons and Senucoins :)

7. Can I add users to my account?
In Basic, Advanced and Prime packages you can add so-called Guests - users with access to the selected project in Rank Tracker. At the moment it is not possible to add another user with full access.
8. Where can I find my Senucoins?

9. Which package should I choose, if I previously had X plan?
There are no packages in the current offer that fully overlap with the previous packages. The most important question is: what functions do you use non-stop? Choose the package in which you find the tools that are most important to you. Missing functions can be purchased as Add-ons.
