Link analysis, is a module that will allow you to analyze a domain's backlink profile and compare it with your competitors' results.
Ultimately, we plan to have data for 15 billion Polish URLs containing links to other sites in our database.
Thanks to link analysis:
You will learn the link profile of the selected domain - discover which websites link to your site. You will learn how valuable these links are.
You'll monitor your competitors in more depth - you'll see what links lead to your competitors' sites. This will allow you to identify potential opportunities to acquire valuable links.
You'll create a linkbuilding strategy that strengthens your SEO - with precise analysis, you'll be able to create effective linkbuilding strategies that will help you gain a competitive advantage and increase your online visibility.
You will supplement your existing link knowledge - we have different data than our competitors, so this is an opportunity to supplement your existing domain linking profile analysis.
To analyze, enter a domain or subdomain and click Analyze
You can add a competitor's domain to the analysis. To do so, press the Add competitor button and enter the competitor's domain.
After adding a competitor, you will see a comparison of links leading to domains and a list of places from where the competitor has links and you do not.
Summary
In the Summary report you will find the most important information about the analyzed domain:
Number of backlinks - the number of links leading to the analyzed domain
Number of linking domains - the number of domains that link to the analyzed domain
Ratio in/out - the ratio of inbound links to outbound links
Link attributes - the link attribute tells Google about the relationship that exists between two domains:
Follow - a link of this type affects the position in Google by transferring ranking value from the linking site to the linked site. Therefore, it can be important for SEO.
Nofollow - the link indicates to the Google robot not to pass ranking value from the linking page to the linked page. It does not directly affect the position in Google and is of little importance for SEO.
Sponsored - the link is an advertisement or paid destination. It does not convey ranking value to the linked page.
UGC (User Generated Content) - a link posted by a user, such as on a forum or in a comment. Like “nofollow” links, it does not convey ranking value from the linking site to the linked site.
Anchors - pieces of content on a page where a link is placed. Clicking on the anchor takes the user to the linked page.
TLD (Top Level Domain) distribution - indicates the last part of the domain name. In the table you can see the percentage of each TLD among all linking domains.
In the chart below you will find a comparison of the number of Backlinks to Visibility statistics in Visibility Analysis.
By default, the chart shows the number of words in TOP10. To add or change metrics, click the Metrics button.
If you want to go to the Visibility Analysis of the analyzed domain, click the Full Visibility Report button.
Backlinks
A backlink, is a link that leads to the researched site from another domain. If your site has a backlink, it means that another website has been linked to it.
In the table you will find two tabs: List of Backlinks and List of Linking Domains.
In the Backlinks List tab, you will analyze the above-described links to your site. You can customize the metrics you see in the table columns at will via the Customize button.
Using Filters, you can search for specific pages by title, anchor or URL.
Under List of linking domains, you will find a list of domains that have links to your site.
In the Acquire from Whitepress column you will find offers to purchase publications, if any.
In the column List of backlinks you will find what percentage of all links come from a particular domain and a drop-down list of these links. To see them click the arrow.
Anchors
Anchor, is a piece of content on a page where a link is placed. Clicking on the anchor takes the user to the linked page.
You will find information on the type of anchors, the number of backlinks, the number of linking domains, and the number of unique anchors.
